The massage chair wasn’t easy to assemble, but it was manageable. It massaged my arms and legs very well; however, I didn’t feel anything on my back and shoulders. I am a skinny guy, and I was surprised how tight the arms and legs were, but not the shoulders or back. The shoulder barely reached my shoulders despite me being 5’10”, which is an average male size. The back doesn’t seem to push hard enough as well; I barely noticed my back was worked on. I don’t know what type of people they are targeting, but it was very tight on my arms and legs; I doubt overweight users can use this either.TL;DR: It works on arms and legs really well, but the back and shoulders aren’t good enough.

I purchased my chair in February 2020. I had been wanting one for years. I sat in one at an event several years ago that was about $4,000! I almost bought it but talked myself down. LOL I had another chair on my Wish List for over a year that was about $2,000. Then I saw the Real Relax. I read the reviews, crossed my fingers and ordered it. I couldn’t be happier! If my memory is correct, it does almost everything the chair costing 4 times as much does! It has heat for your feet and lower back, blue tooth and zero gravity. I don’t remember the $4,000 chair having all that! My only con is it could have a few more automatic modes, but 6 is adequate and I do mix it up. I tried doing it manually once and I wasn’t impressed with myself, LOL, so I’ll stick to the auto modes. All in all, I think it’s an awesome chair at a great price and I’m so glad I bought it. Oh, and P.S. I was paying $70 monthly to have a massage at one of those professional massage places. I spent over $1,200 and actually lost money because I couldn’t go for 5 months due to conflicting schedules with the masseuse.

I ordered this chair with high expectations. I’m not completely dissatisfied, however the entire process was somewhat disappointing.Firstly, one of the two packages it comes in (the armrests specifically) came on the day the tracking number said it would. I was expecting both boxes, however the FedEx guy only had one on the truck. I contacted the realrelax and they said the other one should arrive he next day. The following day the second box was listed as “on truck for delivery” in the morning, however when I checked that afternoon it was listed as “held at shipping location for customer pickup”. Long story short, the main unit was too.m large and considered oversized by FedEx and I had to arrange a large vehicle to go pick it up. FedEx said that the shipper should have known it was oversized and shipped it freight instead of standard ground. The assembly wasn’t all that difficult. The instructions weren’t exactly crystal clear, but it wasn’t a huge issue. It was all together within an hour or so.Mechanically speaking, it works well. The motors all seem to function well and it’s not sketchy to operate. As far as sizing goes, I’m around 6’3″ and 260lbs. I’m an amateur bodybuilder and I’m definitely large for the chair. The neck rollers are more of an upper back roller on me. The leg portion adjusts and that’s not a problem, however my wife is 5’2″ and she has a hard time getting her feet low enough to feel the rollers on the bottom. All in all, it’s decent. I haven’t owned other massage chairs, so I can’t really compare it to others, but I’d say that if you’re of average size it should work.Hopefully his helps.

The chair arrived in two packages on two different days, everything in god shape with no issues. Assembly was easy and quick, took less than 10 minutes. We realized it is compact and fits well in our small apartment. We have used several times already and it works as advertised, delivers excellent whole body massage. It has six different automatic modalities but you can always choose to do isolated massages on feet, calves, hips, back, neck, shoulders and forearms. We are very happy with our purchase and fully recommend to other customers.

This chair came shipped and packaged appropriately for what it is. Obviously some large boxes. It was super easy to assemble and everything came color coded and spare parts if we need them later. We had it together in less than a half hour and were enjoying a massage! Leg rest needs to be pushed out as you go to recline or you may not be comfortable. The foot massage is probably the best chair foot massage I’ve ever gotten. My summer feet are going to be so happy. There is enough difference between air and motorized adjustments to please both of us and we can’t wait to use it more.

So far so good! I really like my chair it’s better than some of the highly priced ones from the local furniture shops. Realrelax is fantastic and responds quickly. I had an issue with the shipping bending the brackets of where the wheels go and they were quick to address my problem and even gave me a discount. The quality of the chair has nothing to do with my issue and even then the realrelax was understanding and took care of me. Thanks! I definitely recommend this chair.

in a nut shell…..definitely worth it! so easy to put together! chair is nice i wish it had vibration but it doesnt. when the air bags fill up it kinda vibrates a little. pump is very quiet. i am 6’3 and i casnt quite stretch my legs out all the way but otherwise seems pretty awesome! if the bags are on highest level it kinds feels like your feet might pop off but again i kinda liked that also. and it is very adjustable! the lower massager part seems a bit rough but i am also a big guy so probably why its a little harder on me but i would have to admit back feels great and love the foot rollers!

When I first received this chair it wouldn’t turn on. I contacted realrelax and they instructed me on how to repair this item. After I complety disregarded their poor instruction (with photos showing nothing about how to access and repair the product), I read the product warranty and reviewed what would void my warranty before. I re-connected the connections that became loose during transit. The chair worked great. I was disappointed with the cloth under the seat that had been torn even before I received this item. All in all the chair workes great. Minor repair and miss guidance asside, my wife loves this chair…and everyone else that has sat in it so far. A friend of mine who has sat in it has been convinced to buy one for himself as well. My wife loves the Bluetooth feature as well. On many occasions she has been so relaxed in the chair she has fallen asleep. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

We received this chair and the boxes it arrived in were a little depressing… We assumed it had a lot to assemble… To our surprise it was SIMPLE ASSEMBLY! It took about 20 minutes and that was mostly just to get it out of the box… It came put together for the most part… Just two screws and your on your way to relaxation… The Zero Gravity massage feature is my favorite… The foot massage is better then any I have gotten in other chairs… I am loving this chair!!! For such a low price I was thinking I would be a little disappointed but I was not at all… Very happy with my purchase but now we need one more because it will be hard to decide who’s turn it is lol…

Bought this chair for myself for Christmas. Great chair for a great price, however I wish the upper shoulder and neck roller and/or massage were better, barely feel if at all. Unfortunately there is nothing on the upper shoulder/shoulder blades or lower/mid neck which are extreme stress points. Also wish the foot platform was adjustable. Rollers only cover middle of my foot to heel. Would love for entire foot to be covered. On a positive note the chair offers a great selection of auto modes to suit your needs. The zero gravity feature is great as well. The chair is very comfortable and easy to assemble. The motor is very quiet. The chair is very stylish, modern and doesn’t take up too much room. The airbags are great. I’d recommend this chair. I wouldn’t give a 5 star review based upon my upper body massage review, however I would give more then a 4 star. I’d say it’s more along the lines of a 4.7.

Well let me start by saying I normally don’t write reviews but because this was such a large amount of money to spend, I thought that it would be good to write a review to help out those who are considering purchasing this fine message chair. I bought this chair for my husband as a birthday gift. He was overwhelmed with having his own message chair. Due to Covid he was not able to go to the mall and use the message chairs there which he loved to do. So getting this chair for him was truly a good investment. Well it’s a great chair it does everything it says except one thing message the shoulders the rollers focus mostly on the lower back and being a full body message chair I thought that the rolls would travel up and down the back all the way to the neck line and then the rollers would expand and message both shoulders. However it does not do that . I did not read the description very well with a clear understanding of what the chair does. I could tell that my husband was a little disappointed because the chair didn’t message his shoulders although he would never tell me due to the chair being a birthday gift That’s the only disappointing thing about this chair so if you want a message chair that message the whole entire back including shoulders then this is not the chair for you. Other than that this is a great chair for your lower back you might need a little padding or pillows because the rollers tend to dig deep which can be a little uncomfortable. But buyers be where it’s always said that you get what you pay for. For the chairs price point it’s worth buying if you are ok with just your lower back getting message. Oh and the chair is really easy to assemble with two people putting it together.

This is my first massage chair purchase. I was concerned and spent a lot of time researching trying to figure out what the best options for my price range was. In the long run, my purchase decision was based primarily with the durability of the chair (support up to 400 lbs), zero gravity, and back rollers combined with full body — for the conservative price. I am a large man (350 lbs) and this chair has sustained me well with daily usage. I was also concerned about fitting in a chair with my girth, and it does seat me comfortably (albeit snugly). This chair was a great purchase for me in that it is quality and durable without getting into the multiple-thousand dollar range. My wife, aged mother-in-law, adult daughters, and sons-in-law have all enjoyed the chair. My wife is on the smaller end (4’10”) which was also a concern in my research, but the chair has also worked well for her. She falls asleep frequently during daily massages. So this chair supports both the large and small. Assembly was relatively easy, but as I cannot bend well and get on the ground, my son-in-law helped put it together in about 10 mins. My only negative find so far is at 5’10” the upper back rollers don’t seem to get in between my shoulder blades region that well. The lumbar area and mid-back have great coverage, and then tops of shoulders/neck has a fair massage — just not feeling it that well in the higher back. All in all, I would buy this chair again and would recommend to my family/friends.

Like the title says, for the money it’s okay.Does a decent job on the back, legs and feetThe issues are I’m tall -(6 foot), this would work well for someone between 5.4 and 5.9I have to put a pillow on the back otherwise my neck is in a uncomfortable positionAnd forget about getting my arms in to the sides, I have to contort to fit them in and then its awkward to use the remote. Also due to my size it doesn’t quite get all of my foot. I can only do either the top part of the bottom part. Now my wife who is 5.2 fits in it a bit better but still has to use a pillow on the top otherwise her head like mine rests about 2 inches above the top -(very awkward)She has a hard time getting her feet massaged as she doesn’t quite reach it with it in the zero position. The cushioning is a bit thin and you can feel the rollers which I don’t mind and neither does she as we feel it does a better job of massaging. The blue tooth is a nice touch to listen to music or pod casts when using. The presets are good with different optionsOverall not bad for the money

After reading customer reviews and compared it against other products, we obtained this chair for my wife on her birthday. We are all new on Massage Chair so we were all skeptical at the beginning. After using it for the first time, my wife fell in love with it. She loves so much all the features and the feeling of this chair messages that now she’s been using it on a daily basis. If like us you are new at this type of chairs and don’t want to spend too much on it, I believe this is the right product for you. Price is way more affordable when compared to other brands that have the same features this chair has.Be advise that this chair comes in 2 big packages. I received both 1 week apart of each other. One of the boxes was pretty beat up. Fortunately, the chair was not damaged nor scratched in any place. Other than this, I consider this chair as a great investment for my wife.Happy Wife, Happy Life!!!

I loved how easy it was to set up. I rate this chair a 7 of out 10. It’s designed for small people if you’re 6 foot or taller don’t buy this chair. the foot massager extends but not nearly enough. If you’re on the heavy side or a tad wider than the average…..you will be very uncomfortable laying in this chair. This chair should not advertise that it’s a zero gravity chair…..other than the air bags that squeeze your arms and legs….there’s nothing zero about it. I’ve trued 2 to 5k chairs and it doesnt even compare…..it’s not bad but it’s just not great…I didn’t feel fulfilled, and everyone said that it kinda hurt their body. That’s the only reason I gave it a 4 star….the massagers are string and if you do have a bad back it will listen you up..

I purchased this chair for my wife for Christmas. She has back problems and I wanted to get her something that could help with her back pain. I gave it to her a few months before Christmas and we have been using it three months now. I don’t think I would call this a comfortable chair to just sit in. If you are massaging it isn’t bad but I wouldn’t want to sit in it without massaging. The chair was delivered in two separate boxes on different days. It was easy to assemble. I believe it was a couple bolts and around 6-8 hoses that get pushed onto fittings. The calf, forearm, and shoulders are airbags that inflate and deflate. There is no rubbing motion to those areas. The bottom of the feet massage and can get a little strong for my taste depending on how my feet are positioned. I have found that I can just reposition my feet a little and find a spot that I like. There are also settings for how hard you want some of the areas. We generally keep it on the most aggressive settings. There is a flat that is removable for a headrest. We noticed that the upper back was not getting massaged all that well with that flap between us and the chair. We took it off and use a pillow just under our head. This allows us to feel that area more and is actually more comfortable as well. We both really love having the chair. When looking at chairs, I chose this one based on reviews and pricing. It had good reviews without totally breaking the bank. I would recommend this chair. I don’t have any experience with any other chairs in this price range.

I purchased this for my father who works a hard labor job. He loves it and my mom and I sneak in our share of it too. I personally like a little hard of a massage so the back rollers don’t bother me too much but I could see people saying it’s a little too much pressure, you can always put a small pillow behind you to add some padding. My dad loves it and falls asleep on it.My personal only complaint is that it’s a little difficult to get the full use as a short person. The shoulder bags are useless because my shoulders don’t reach. I also don’t personally feel the hip bags (even tho I have large hips). Also it may be because I have thinner arms, but I don’t think the pressure on the arms and legs is enough and unfortunately you can’t adjust the pressure on that. There are multiple settings you can mess with including turning on and off the vibration and heat. You can mix the intensity of some of the rollers. I love the neck, back, and feet rollers and find that being short does not prevent me to getting my feet properly “rolled”. Putting it together was relatively easy as well.Overall, I did my research and for the price and the use, it’s a steal of a deal.

I’ve had this chair for about 3 weeks. It gives really good massages HOWEVER I feel this chair is made for extra large people. I’m 6 foot 1 225lbs and I I’m not big enough for this chair. Certain things like the shoulder air bags and the arm airbags don’t squeeze very good because there is to much room between my body and the bags. With that said I did find by moving your body around you can find positions that make the chair work very well. Considering it’s a fraction of the cost of other chairs I think moving my body to find the right positions is more then a good trade off. All in all I love this chair. The heater back and calves are amazing. When the chair first got delivered the back heat did not work. I contacted the company and they responded immediately. With their help I located a wire that came undone and got it hooked back up. The customer support was fast and reliable.

Great massage chair for the price. Provides energy and comfort while it is relaxing and warming sore muscles! Since Covid-19, there are limited opportunities for me to get a massage, so I am very grateful to have found such a wonderful deal!!! Get it in your home and you will be so glad you did! Stretches you out after workouts and let’s you go onto have a healthy, productive, and prosperous day!!!

This massage chair comes in two boxes. Mine arrived two days apart. The second box was much heavier. My wife and I both over 60 were able to get it into the house by using. Wasn’t easy but we got it done.Assembly is not hard but follow instructions. You may be able to figure it out but the instructions will help a lot. Not very hard. The chair is very relaxing. I use a small pillow for the waist area. The chair massages a little too hard for my taste at the waist and this makes it just right. Many will like it just the way it is. I also like a small travel pillow for my head, neck.. Hey I’m older.. Younger people will probably not care if they just one or not.Has wifi for your music. Relaxing music with a massage is always a good combination. I really like this chair. After working as a nurse on my feet all day this is just right for my needs. The wife loves it too.

We like the fact that it was super easy to assemble! I love the heat setting on my legs and back and you can adjust the strength of pressure from the air bags. The only thing I dislike is my arms trying to pit them in the correct position. The arm rests are lower then what you expect and then you have to fit your arms between the air bags. Once you get your arms in there its fine. Its a very good buy for your money and the speakers in the chair are very good quality. If I ever upgrade, I will go with this company again!

Early Christmas gift from my wife. Came in two boxes. Took less than 20 minutes to set up. Once set up, after first massage I didn’t want to get off of it.Pros: affordable, zero G feature is amazing super stylish, plays music via Bluetooth speakers, many different massage modes and adjustments.Cons: upper shoulder rollers don’t hit hard enough for my liking.
Lastman Standing –
My wife and I were really surprised at how well this chair performs for the little money it costs compared to those that run into several thousands of dollars with the same features this chair has. The chair came in two boxes, and was VERY easy to assemble–took just 10 minutes. There are some who say the chair is a little noisy but guess what, it’s a machine and it will make minor noises. The best way to get around this (if it bothers you) is to put on a set of headphones and drift away. That’s it. The chair arrived as promised by FedEx and the shipping was free. You will need two people to help carry the box with the base unit (this is a substantial chair–NOT cheaply made). We really like the looks of the upgrade to the off-white and blue combo. FYI, I’m 6’3″, 225 pounds and I fit in this chair VERY comfortably. The Zero Gravity feature is awesome — you simply recline and R E L A X!

I started using this massage chair about a month ago, around once a week, and every time I used it my back would hurt a bit. I assumed it must be just a bit of flesh trauma from the massage, and shrugged it off. Today, I did a massage on it (Relax mode), and when I tried to get up, my back was completely pinched. It totally injured my back, and I’m now using a walker that I borrowed from a family member just to be able to go to the restroom. I’m going to see a doctor tomorrow. I hope I will recover.3 stars rather than 1 because the chair does indeed massage you. And the calf part is kind of nice.

I purchased this chair as a birthday gift for my wife about 3 months ago. I wanted to make sure I gave her ample time to be confident in her review and opinion rather than writing a review after sitting in it the first time. Putting it together was pretty easy, took about 20 mins from getting it out of the box to set-up and ready to go. Taking out of the box was probably the hardest part. There are many options on the remote but honestly we just use the default setting and zero G position, then adjust the time based on how long we intend to sit in it. I did not think I would use it often at all, but boy was I wrong. I find myself using it a couple times per week, generally mid day when I step away from my work and I have fallen asleep in it a few times now. I like that the chair goes back to the sitting position after the timer completes, otherwise I may not wake up when the massage is over. I like the airbag massages on my forearms and legs the most. I wish it had some form of massage for the hamstrings, but I cannot complain with what we got for our money. This is a great massage chair!
JUSTIN RUBIO –
From a certified Massage Therapist. I purchased this massage chair based off the reviews. At first the chair was producing way to much pressure to my lower back to the point it was making me extremely sore which I’m sure some people will love but for me I didn’t want to hurt afterwards so you can unzip the padding from the head of the chair down to the seat. When you turn the unzip pad around there is a zip pouch where I was able to add more padded from a old pillow I didn’t need. This solve my problem. Now after 7 moths of use I feel like this thing may have adjusted or I got use to it so now I unzip the padding to let the balls and rollers get deeper contact with my muscles. I noticed when padding is zipped by head of chair it does not get in your shoulders or neck well but if you unzip it it does. Another trick I learned is if you scoot down the chair a little the top of chair will work your neck better, if you scoot up it will work your shoulders better. The chair is beautiful and has a quality feel with materials used. It was easy to assemble with no damage. It will help with lower back, shoulder and neck pain relief. The Bluetooth speaker is a added bonus that works really well and can be used when not using the chair for entertainment purchases. Are there better chairs then this? Yes. Are there worst chairs then this? Yes. Is this chair a good starter chair, well built and worth the price? Yes.

I have had a $4k Human Touch massage chair for 10 years. My husband chose this as its replacement. It works as great, and in some cases, better than my old chair. I am 5’ tall. The chair description says for 5’2” and up. It’s absolutely correct because my feet can’t reach the bottom of the footrest and my shoulders are below the shoulder air pillows. I have very large calves (20”) and they are too big for the leg massage part. The chair says for up to 400 pounds and I weight 200 and every inch of me fills the chair. The multiple rollers on this chair are fantastic. When I go to zero gravity so my feet touch the massager for the feet, it’s heavenly. The chair is a fantastic value.

The only downside to this is it does not come with a coin slot. We have lots of family come over a lot, and everyone tries it out and loves it, but it would be nice to charge ¢50 a session! My wife and I use it regularly 4-5 times a week in the eves. Put on a some music and relax. So many settings that you can use so that it is easy to adjust to everyones need and tastes. If you are not used to deep massage the lowest back rollers can make you sore at first. Will see how it performs thru out the summer. Seems to be made well. It came in two different boxes on two different days, but that was the carriers fault. The bottom is the heaviest box and will need two people to move. The packaging was satisfactory and we had no shipping damage.

This chair is perfect! My husband is 6’3” and 225lbs and he fits perfectly in the chair. I am 5’8” 190lbs and I fit perfectly in the chair. The chair was delivered in two separate boxes on two different days and arrived exactly the projected date. I was nervous after reading the reviews but I am now thoroughly impressed and pleased with the product. I was not paid to say any of this

After a lot of research and reading of reviews, we went with the Real Relax chair, and are extremely happy with the choice. The chair came in two large and heavy boxes from UPS, and when we started to assemble it, we could see the quality of the chair in the materials. It’s very solid in its construction, and it has responded perfectly to extended use in the first month. The motor that reclines the chair is strong, and you can easily put the chair in “zero gravity” mode. The massage mechanisms and air bags are strong, and are very effective. The heating element is very good, and the legs and feet get a snug massage as well. The remote is easy to use, and the bluetooth feature has worked with no issues.Several people have used the chair, and there have been no complaints. Considering the price of the chair is lower than comparative models, I was surprised how good the quality is. I highly recommend the chair.

The chair was very easy to set up. Everything clicked into place. The chair is very sturdy and is very comfortable to sit on. I usually use mine for two massage session back to back for 25 minutes each and every control and function works on point. The controls has never failed to respond to my commands. I love the zero gravity function and how it automatically powers the seat back to the upright position when the massage session is over. I’ve had this chair for about a month and a half and overall I would recommend this chair to anyone looking for a good massage for a great price.
Boris Valkov –
The chair is comfortable, good looking and good quality. Easy to assemble and easy to move around the rooms.Few things to be aware of. The description says max hight 6 and I’m within the range but feels little small for the legs. Also my neck goes too much back but this can be easily fixed with pillow. The back massage can be little painful especially in zero gravity mode but here we also use pillow and it makes it comfortable.Overall we’re very happy with the chair. Pretty good value for the price.

We just got our massage chair and absolutely love it so far! It was very simple to get put together, but sadly, one of the wheel brackets came bent so we can’t put one of the wheels on. It doesn’t affect the usability of the chair, but still sad to receive a damaged product (likely not the company’s fault, but rather the shippers). We’ve contacted the company about it and I will update my review once we hear back from them on the possibility of getting it fixed.Overall, a great quality massage chair considering its low cost!
Jessica L –
The chair itself is great! My husband and I both love it. I love, love, love the leg and hip air bags, as well as the option for heat in the lower back. It was super easy to put together (although really heavy to get up 3 flights of stairs!). If you are expecting to use this as a regular chair/recliner in addition to a massage chair, I would reconsider. I think the chair is great when it’s operating as intended (I.e. for massage), but I wouldn’t plan on watching a 2 hour movie in it. It’s definitely firm.We ordered this chair around Thanksgiving, and unfortunately only just received it (about a month later) due to understandable shipping challenges. Customer service was great though and they promptly responded to all of our messages regarding shipping issues (the main chair got separated during the armrests during shipment). Overall, good experience and would recommend!

1st the good. I have a bad back and nerve damage I am 6’1″ and 240 lbs. The chair works well and does give me relief of muscle pain. Because of the nerve damage I like the firm rollers and strong air bags around my arms and legs. After 2 plus years the chair has worked well with a few issues. Normally it gets about 1 hour of use a day. It does make it easy to fall asleep in even though the manual says dont sleep in the chair. Now some of the bad. About a year after I got the chair the stitching on the cloth and zipper cover over the back rollers came out the spinning rollers wrapped up the zipper and caused the roller assembly to strip. I contacted realrelax and in a week or so they sent me a new roller set. I stitched up the cover and havent had an issue since. Like I said im over 6′ it is a little uncomfortable to put my arms in the arm rests when I am sitting upright in the chair but fine when reclining. The neck rollers sit high in my upper back near the top of my shoulders but thats normally where my neck and shoulders hurt. The foot part of the chair catches a lot of dust and what ever is on your feet. When my wife uses the chair she puts a heavy blanket down because the rollers are very firm. My wife is 5’4″ and the same neck rollers sit at the knobby part at the base of her head. She said when we first got it it was perfect but as the padding wore out she sits lower. On a positive ending for the price I can buy 1 of the next higher rated chairs or 3 of these over 10 years and still be happy I did.

Great chair! Easy to assemble, instructions are a bit difficult it talks about “a screw” it means, the 2 large black screws included. You might based on the picture think you need to provide your own screw. The wheels were attached already so, use the 2 large screws for attaching the arms. Now on to the chair itself, it’s kind of more for people who are not to big. I’m 6-2 and my knees were to bent up so my calfs had trouble getting in the wells. My upper body fit ok the arm wells require bare arms I think or not a sweatshirt like I was wearing. Really felt great on the shoulders and hips and thighs! My daughter fit much better than I did. I believe the directions say up to 6-1″ so I pushed it a bit. Otherwise great sound and lights are cool, I haven’t figured the lights if just for looks or something else. I’d definitely recommend to people that fit the parameters with the thought in mind you can spend upwards of 10,000 dollars on a chair you get a bang for your buck with this one.

I purchased this massage chair based on 1) price, 2) positive reviews and 3) the appearance. Though I’ve only had it for a few days now, I can say it is well built and pretty comfortable. The chrome accent on the side gives it a real sleek, modern look which goes great with my loft. Everything functions as it should so far (although one wheel was broken (literally snapped in half), but I plan to rig something up vs contacting realrelax. The massage is hardcore! I made the mistake of trying 3 sessions on day 1 because I was excited to have it, and man, were my muscles sore the next few days! As some have said, perhaps place a towel or thin pad and you should be okay. The heat is very warm and so far my favorite part is the rolling foot massage and calf air bags. 4 stars only due to somewhat limited options, the fact that the chair returns to upright position after session automatically (and can not recline without massage!) and it doesn’t recline QUITE as much as I’d like (and as the description depicts.. thought it was zero gravity). Hope this review helps

Update 12/29/2020: Still waiting for armrest screws. W/O the screws, the armrest kept falling down.First, I had a little issue with the delivery. It’s supposed to come with 2 separate boxes, but only one came (without the armrest), and tracking said it’s been delivered. I contacted realrelax and they said it would arrive soon. Next day, we received the armrest box but came with missing the armrest screws. Contacted realrelax and they will mail the screws later. So now we’re using the chair without screws. (still waiting for the armrest screws)The assembly is not hard, only take us less than an hour to get it done. The instruction is clear and easy to follow. The price is so decent. The air bags and the 0 gravity is relaxing. The foot massager is nice! The hip, arm, calf airbags all work, and we like these functionsHowever, the neck rollers are hardly to notice the pressure in that area. The shoulder bags is useless for either of us; they inflate but too far away for thin build like us. My husband is 5’8 -150 lbs and I’m 5’ – 110 lbs.Bottom line, this is a great chair.

Delivery took only 8 days from date of purchase. Assembly took approximately 20 minutes. Because of the cold weather the hose ends of the 3 colored airplugs were not supple enough and required some time and effort. I had to warm up the hose ends to make it a bit pliable, using my wife’s hair dryer, and it connected easily thereafter. After assembly, I did tried it on for 30 minutes and the feel of the rollers and airbags was more than sufficient to provide a relaxing, well needed massage. While the airbags produces a low whirring sound upon inflation/deflation cycles, which I find a bit distracting, it does not take away the fact that the massage chair provides for an invigorating sense of well-being. Time will tell how long this machine will last but from my initial experience and observation, it should provide us years of service.

I received my chair a week ago and I love it! It does exactly what I excepted. It was not terribly difficult to put together, it is comfortable to sit in while it is on but is definitely not a Saturday afternoon all day lounge in chair(I knew that was the case when I ordered it) my husband was surprised. I only wish you could get in the zero gravity position before it started running a program. My only complaint is FedEx delivered my chair to the wrong house. This is NOT realrelax’s fault, FedEx just can’t seem to get my house right.

It was very easy to assemble and put together as it was just connecting plugs being the only thing you would have to set up. Once you get your first package it is only the main unit and you will be getting the second package in a separate box, I was worried at first but the support told me it would be two separate boxes being shipped. For me, the second box came in the following day after I got the first box with the main unit. When it comes to the quality of the massage chair, it helps get in your lower back and back great with zero gravity on. The only thing I wish would be better is the massage knobs near your shoulder blade but besides that, it works great. The massage balls are great as you can control the strength of the massage ball knobs to low, medium. and hard. Overall, it is a great machine for the price.

I’m in love with this chair! After two weeks of using it at least twice daily, I can’t think of anything negative to say about it, and I’m scared to start listing the good stuff, because I’ll be here all day. 😊It has been life changing for me.The first few days I was in agony after a few minutes being massaged. I thought for sure the dang thing was hitting bone constantly. I was so sad that it hurt so bad. I was not looking forward to returning it. But I’m stubborn, so I kept trying mini massage sessions. And then… On the third morning, I woke up and didn’t limp. I can’t remember not limping. It’s been at least ten years. (I think I waddle more than limp. 😋) I was amazed! And insanely elated! I wasn’t in pain. I looked taller. My nephew even commented that I was walking “smoothe.” It’s incredible. All that from a few five to fifteen minutes sessions in a massage chair?!?? Those spots I thought were bone were actually knots? Those are what make my legs get stupid? And this chair does more for my inability to walk than all the prescription and natural pain relievers? It’s a miracle!Oh em gee!! This is the best purchase I’ve made in forever! I love this thing! My mom tried it out, and it helped relieve her mild back pain. My nieces and nephew are loving that their Anti has a cute blue and beige massage chair in her living room. I expect I’ll be getting more visits with goodies. 😉It’s too big for me, so some things are uncomfortable, and others don’t work so much, but it’s description says for 5’2″ height and taller, so I was expecting that. I am pleasantly surprised at how much better the fit is for me than EVERY OTHER massage chair I’ve ever sat in, too.

I originally tried this chair at our chiropractors office and always wanted one. Thus year we splurged for Xmas for my son with sensory needs. Now we take turns in “the chair” because it’s awesome! So relaxing and well worth it!! I hope we have it forever!Assembly was simple, came in two boxes; worked right away! Remote is easy toUse to change settings; love how it reclines alsoUpdate- February: I’m not sure how long this chair will hold up. It does a nice job with massage but first issue is vibration mode doesn’t work; then remote started to malfunction and now it’s making a horrid sound when it changes position. Just buyer beware it may be laden with issues

Just ok nothing special about it. My wife got it as a birthday present. I’m of average height and it’s still too big for me. Half the functions don’t work because I’m skinny. The roller is very uncomfortable. The top one massages my head, It’s supposed to be for the neck, The bottom one is at the right place but very pointy to uncomfortable. Seem like it should be somewhat smoother and comfortable. The same goes for the foot massager, the rollers are very low quality where it is uncomfortable. I have to use sheets as a cushion to make it somewhat comfortable. Bluetooth is also not worth it – comes from the back.

My husband and I work in healthcare; 12 long hours with COVID-19 patients. We are exhausted physically and mentally from this type of work that is upon us now. We decided together that we were in need of something special to help with our achey, tired bodies and mind to help us get through the pandemic and the winter months to come. This chair was delivered last week with much anticipation and hopes to help with our concerns. It is EXACTLY what we needed!! We are both using it (along with 12 yr old daughter) on a daily basis for at least 3 hours a day. We love all the features. The zero-gravity position is the most pleasing we’ve found with any of the 6 pre-set programs. We researched and reviewed alot of chairs of this caliber and made our final decision on this particular one. The pricing, look (we chose tan/brown), airbags, foot rollers, zero-gravity positioning is the top features we wanted and this checked all boxes perfectly!! No buyers remorse 🙂

My husband was a little apprehensive about ordering this chair since there were a number of reviews stating it was damaged upon arrival, too hard to assemble or operate or the pressure was too intense. We decided to give it a try and we’re sure glad we did.Within 2 hours of arriving at the house, we were test-driving the chair and believe me when I say we didn’t work hard or fast to get it assembled thanks to my husband’s detailed and methodical approach (spelled S-L-O-W LOL!). I did think the lower-back pressure was a little much to start with, but am now totally used to it. Features such as multiple intensity settings, targeted zone selections & pre-programmed automatic routines are fantastic. My typical man husband raves about the great value for the cost and almost seems to love the Bluetooth feature more than the massaging features themselves. We were also concerned that it might not fit between our bed and the window and feared we might have to move the bed. Perfect fit! Couldn’t be happier. We gave it four stars because not having owned a massage chair before the only thing we have to compare it with was the ones at the mall or the really super expensive ones in the store. Just going from memory we are not 100% certain it stacks up to some of the ones we’ve tried but they cost 3 to 7 times as much.I totally recommend this massage chair.

Ok, it’s been two weeks, and this chair is truly amazing considering the price. All that I went through getting this chair now seems to have been worth it.Very simple to operate with the remote control it comes with, and my wife and I both love the air pillow massaging for the calves, arms, hands, shoulders and butt.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good massage, with reasonable cost. Realrelax and I have reached an acceptable agreement relating to my issues with this shipment, which I have explained below.Overall, this chair is extremely well made, with excellent features for massage chairs. About ten years ago, I had purchased a much more expensive one, from NEOX (almost $5,000.00), and believe this chair is much more effective with the air bags, when it comes to getting a pretty good massage! So far, everything is working fine, but the instructions left out connecting the wires for both sides of the chair. This was not a major issue, as they were located in the same area as the air hoses, and easy to figure out where they should be attached.I would give it a five for overall, so far, except for the following, which relates to shipping, which took three weeks, to ultimately receive my chair. It took five (5) separate shipments to receive, what appeared to be, an acceptable product. The first shipment never left the UPS truck as the driver advised me the carton was severely damaged and opened in several areas. Naturally, I refused this shipment. The second shipment, was the second carton, which I would not accept without the main unit. The third shipment never arrived, as carrier, UPS, returned it on their own; stating “refused by receiver”, which was untrue, as they never arrived at my home. The fourth shipment was the second (smaller) carton, which was left at my home announced by the carrier (UPS). This carton was crushed in several areas, but the contents seemed ok.The fifth shipment arrived, and although the carton had signs of “rough Handling”, dents in several places and two straps (which appeared during transit) were disoriented; indicating they were used to move the carton around from time to time during shipment.I did accept this, since there appeared to be just minor damage to the edges of the carton, and I was truly hopeful everything would be ok.It had arrived late in the evening, so I waited until morning to open and assemble the chair. After opening the carton, I removed the “User Manual” and read through this to understand the various steps I would need to take to assemble the chair.I removed the main unit, and after I folded the back into its locked position, I noticed two areas of the plastic were cracked. Both cracks seemed as though they would have no impact on the overall operation of the chair, and they were in the back, and would be facing the wall and not noticeable. Obviously, I was not happy!I will contact realrelax on this, and hopefully we will reached an agreeable solution to resolve this!

This chair is “good enough” but if we had the option to take it back I would’ve. Return shipping would’ve been a fortune.By far the biggest problem is the positioning of the neck and upper back rollers. They are way too high for the average adult and there is no way to adjust them. Their positioning is at the base of the skull, which is not the best spot for a firm massage. Sitting on a pillow helps a bit, then there is no head rest so your head flops backwards. So then you need a second pillow for your head. Yet the foot rests don’t extend long enough, and the rollers only cover a portion of the bottom. Apparently the chair was designed for someone with tiny feet, short legs, a large torso, and a thick skull. It’s baffling. Heck I’m gonna deduct another star because it makes me angry thinking about it.The remote isn’t the best. Not terrible but not the best. It sounds like there is a small piece of plastic rolling around inside my remote. That’s been there from day 1. Sometimes the power button gets stuck down. And I’m not convinced the modes are that different. They all seem random.Bluetooth is decent. But not really needed. I would’ve preferred they save the costs and invested in making the back rollers adjustable, or even a better head rest. The heater function takes a while to work but when it works it’s decent. The chair looks nice. I’ll give it that.

The chair came quickly and actually arrived earlier than originally stated. It comes in one very large box that contains the chair, and a smaller (but still large) box that contains the two side panels. You’ll need assistance or a dolly to move the largest box but the smaller box is doable by yourself. The boxes were banded and everything was packaged sufficient enough to prevent damage during shipping. Installing the side panels was a breeze; just locate the hinges and install one hex head bolt on each side (tool included). Three air tubes and one electrical connector per side and you’re done. Fit and finish looks very, very nice and I couldn’t be happier. I’m 5’10” tall and 200lbs and the chair fits me just fine. I’m very happy with the massage rollers and air bags and the remote allows an automatic massage or a fully customizable one. Overall – very pleased with this purchase! I definitely recommend this chair based on quality, function and price point. I doubt you could do much better than this for the price. I read where other people had issues with their chair but the company seems to back the product which is great – but I didn’t see anything at all wrong with my chair and I’m pretty nit picky. Buy one, you won’t be disappointed! (PS – I tried to upload a picture but for some reason it’s not working)
