Defective or Damaged Products
You have 30 days (some products may have longer than 30 days policy if stated in each respective product’s web page) to report a defective item from the date you received it. If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with clear images of the quality issue in question, and we will send out a new replacement as soon as possible.
Please be advised that defective products and photos providing proof must not be altered or modified in any way, respectively.
Returns and Refunds
You have 30 days (some products may have longer than 30 days policy if stated in each respective product’s web page) to return an item from the date you received it.
To return your product, you should email us for further instructions.
All return shipping costs are non-refundable. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund you’ll receive from us. This includes “Free Shipping” shipments as we’ve included the shipping cost into the selling price of the product. All refunds will be refunded back to your original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Additional fees may be applicable based on the condition of the returned goods.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within a week. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
Item Lost in Transit
By ordering from us, you agree with our posted processing and shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames.
However, external factors such as customs inspection can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping exceeds 30 business days, you can contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sometimes the shipping company will mark tracking as ‘delivered’ when the package reaches your local post office – we advise to give the post office a call and arrange for pickup or delivery.
DO NOTE THAT THE RISK OF LOSS OF ANY RETURNS ARE BORNE BY THE CONSUMER ONCE THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED HAS BEEN PASSED TO THE COURIER. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE THAT YOUR RETURNS ARE PROPERLY PACKED AND SHIPPED BACK TO US.
ANY FILING OF CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES WITH CARRIERS MUST BE DONE AT THE CONSUMER’S DISCRETION AND RESPONSIBILITY.
ALL RETURNS AND REFUNDS DECISIONS BY HIEWIGO SHALL BE FINAL.
