Protective Mechanism

Had the product for a little over a month with moderate use and at first was great, but now it only does the slowest speed and stops constantly. Truly this is rediculous to spend 100 dollars and it barely lasts a month. Wow so impressed with this companies customer service. Within 3 days of me writing there view they had replaced ( without me asking) tbe massager and offered a refund. This is the kind of company every other company should follow. I will be a customer for life. If you want an excellent massager backed by a fantastic company.Then buy one of these.Ps. Ty walter for all your help

Have used lots of other high end massage guns from my trainer, and this gun can compare with all of them.Unfortunately the gun started to make some “knocking” sound when I used it, seems like some part is loose inside. Contacted the customer service and they are willing to replace it for me. Will do an updated when I get the new one.

Has been looking for a massager for me and my wife’s sore back and stumbled across this product by chance. Was skeptical at first, bought it to try, but was pleasantly surprised by it! the massager was very high quality built, certainly has that premium feel to it. Has weight to it, not so much that will make your arms and hands tire, but enough to overcome the machine’s recoil so you don’t feel it too much on your hands, the perfect balance! the power is certainly strong, arguably the most powerful massager i’ve experienced, can totally penetrate the superficial layers and hit the spot deep within.100% would buy again, and strongly recommend to fellow back sore sufferers out there!

Fairly quiet (doesn’t wake the 24-month old when I use it downstairs as he’s sleeping upstairs). Battery life lasts about 60-80mins at highest speed w/ firm pressure. Feels GREAT on sore muscles, especially w/ delayed onset muscle soreness. My toddler plays w/ it (probably not recommended but still seems relatively safe) and uses it on himself and his toys = P.Full charge from red light = ~60mins. Only beef w/ it are the obnoxiously luminescent blue lights on the back of the machine–we covered w/ black electrical tape.

This massager feels like as powerful as my friend’s fancy $300 one. The charge lasts forever… I’ve only charged it once since I bought it a month ago. With daily use it would definitely not last this long. The 4 attachments and variable power settings provide just the right amount of personalization. My back thinks it’s getting a real massage!

Great value!!! I do yoga, husband is a butcher, kids in sports…I couldn’t keep up with chiropractor/massage bills! We bought this about a week ago, and it has already improved the quality of life for my whole family! Only minor setback (extremely minor!) is that I have very petite wrists, and the weight of the gun gets to me after awhile. However – this thing is QUALITY! Looks and feels much more expensive!

Unfortunately the first device I received was defective. I purchased the device in October however last week it stopped working properly the whole thing just seized up. I gave the customer service an email. The customer service representative reassured me that I did not have to worry and that they would ship me a new device the next day. A few days later I had the new device in hand it was shipped FedEx 2 day. I’ve only use the device a couple of times but so far so good. I now recognize that the original device was defective from the start because the mechanism of the new device is much quieter and smoother in operation.

i always wanted a massager like this, but never had a chance to try it. recently i tried it at my friends house and in love with it. it is a good massager that can relief stiffness and pain. it is very quiet anf has three speeds to adjust for your needs. it’s a perfect massager to own or as a gift. Customer service is very nice and shipping is very fast. highly recommented.

It is as described. I have never used the other ones so I can not compare them. It works well and holds a charge. You get what you pay for.This is an excellent little massage machine.I had pain around calf muscle area.Got this product on last Tuesday and have been using it on my leg ever since.Battery last quite long when you are on the lowest setting (I haven’t counted but could easily go over an hour) and the lowest setting has more than enough power to be used on daily basis. I don’t even put it on the highest setting unless i absolutely need to because it’s really powerful which can be painful if used on bony area lol.Also i used the massager on my shoulder or back area with the help from my wife. Man, after 5 to 10 mins, i can sleep like a little baby!I totally recommend this product.

This is great at working out knots in every extremity and helps relieve pain. Relieves arm, shoulder, and leg pain plus relieves my carpel tunnel on bad days. I’m NOT a doc but this works for me and is well worth the cost (IMO). Cross fit participating son pointed me to the Pulse Massage Gun concept but I selected this one and am very, very satisfied.

My friend recommended me this item and at first I was reluctant cause the massage gun was small; however, when I began using it, I noticed the little gun packed a punch! Using the different front tips, I was able to get deep tissue massages in and immediately felt the difference in my shoulders. As far as massage guns go, this is about the same as any on google. I would have preferred a couple more speed settings (preferably some slower options) and an easier way to stop the machine all together without having to reach to the bottom on/off switch. If this is on sale, I would recommend it.
