   This chair is fantastic!I’m 6 feet tall and even at my height this chair is pretty darn comfortable fully upright and is TOTALLY comfortable in Zero-Gravity mode (I actually fell asleep in it, lol!).Chair assembly took about 15 minutes and was relatively painless-just watch the Favor-3 video on youtube…I do wish it had an independent power adjustment for leg elevation (only because of my VERY long legs when sitting totally upright, for most people this is simply a “non-issue”) but the legs automatically adjust out in Zero-Gravity mode, so at the price one can hardly complain that it doesn’t have every feature under the Sun. it does everything else so good I can forgive that!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

   While the reviews for this massage chair are positive, I kept my expectations in check because of the low price point. I received it a few days ago and what a wonderful surprise.First thing to know, the thing is big. And heavy. The UPS driver dropped it off on our driveway, and I was planning to attempt to bribe them to bring it until the basement but I was on the phone and my wife just signed the paper. After seeing the size and weight I don’t think they would have done it anyway! Look at my pictures, they deliver the thing on and actual Pallet!!! I was very lucky that a friend of the family was at the house and wanted the take the pallet to do a craft project, otherwise I don’t know what I would have done with it.Aside from the weight (I recommend using those sliders to move the thing around, the chair was super easy to put together. A couple screws (they even provide a screwdriver) and I was up and running in about 15 minutes.The massager does a great job, and the remote is also nice. You can even configure the remote options if you go into the settings. For example, in mild mode leave the leg airbags off. Tons of options. And it’s nice how far the chair reclines back. The heat and vibration are also good. It doesn’t to the best job on high up on the neck, and for me the airbags on the leg and chairs are really REALLY strong, but overall I think it’s great!The only big downside for me is that it’s not comfortable as a regular chair. I work remotely and planned to replace a lazy boy chair I keep in my home office which I use in between meetings and while taking a break to watch some TV. As a massaging chair its fantastic, but if you just want to sit in the chair it’s not very comfortable because of the massaging nozzles of whatever you call the parts which go back and forth. So I moved the massage chair to another room and brought my lazy boy back. Not a big deal which is why I still give it 5 stars, but I wish it could be a comfortable regular chair. I also wish they offered premium delivery (for a fee). Definitely recommended!

   I was so excited to get this chair. Having had spine surgery I could really use a good massage chair. We got the chair in a timely manner and set it up according to the manual. At first the top rollers would not turn on but once I was able to get in contact with the company they were able to send me instructions on how to troubleshoot the problem as well as sent me a new mother board free of cost. I’m happy to say the chair is working amazingly now and I am in love with it. The heating element and leg massage is my favorite part…….. now if I could just get my daughter out of it ha ha

   Absolutely the best!!! Was wanting one of these for years, I finally broke down and bought one. For the value you can’t beat it, it’s as good as the 2000-$3000 models, but affordable for the middle class person. It does all the things it says when who doesn’t want to come home to something that warms you up and coddled you… LOL. My favorite features is that you can turn airbags on and off, heat and vibration, And it has a mild, relaxing, and strong settings. I initially wanted to get it for my parents and go half-and-half with them on it and I still may. I work a physical job and this is just the thing to come home to every day!    Very quick delivery; perfect condition. I did a LOT of research before purchasing; read every single review on the two choices I narrowed down to, and decided on this chair. My husband has back issues with sciatic nerve pain and he loves this chair. It really helps relieve a lot of his pain. He loves the foot rollers, and the calf and lower back heat. The calf squeezing is awesome! Some people say it’s too much, but we disagree. In fact, that may be his favorite feature. Our daughter and her husband got a new mattress and were both having back and neck pain. They sat in the chair for fifteen minutes each, and felt totally better. I highly recommend!

   Some of the other reviews were a little bit daunting, but with a little bit of common sense, it’s not difficult to put together. This has been a product I have looked at for about three years and finally decided to pull the trigger on it. I wish I would have bought it sooner because I use it almost every day. My kids do too! The pressure can be intense the first squeeze on the calf muscles, But that’s usually because the muscles are super tight. By the second squeeze, it is totally fine. The back rollers can be a little too much on the kids, so they just put a small pillow behind them, and it works out just fine. I love the reclining feature so I can sit in it to watch tv and the heat and vibration feature to relax the muscles. I didn’t pull the trigger on this because I was so wary of so many different things, and my assessment to anyone else is just do it! You will be will be so happy you did!

   Because this chair was 1000 less than comparable models I took a chance and Im glad I did. This is awesome! I received both packages on the same day and 1 day earlier than estimated delivery time. I had to plug in 4 hoses and 3 plugs, with 4 screws. It was so fast that I thought I must have missed something. Vibrate, heat pressure, zero g it has it all. I was checking message chairs in furniture row and this chair is better than the 2k model.

   I really like the chair despite the flaws. The chair did not come with a power cord and the bolts that keep the chair in tact (The Armrests). My neighbor has the same chair in a different color so I used her power cord to test it out. It really does hit all of the right areas but the waist function is a little too much. I like the heat function as well as the bluetooth speakers.The chair did not come with instructions but thanks to my handyman he was able to figure it out in less than 30 minutes.After using it for about 20 minutes the arms kept falling off due to not having bolts to keep them in place. I emailed them and they are sending the bolts and power cord.Delivery was frustrating because it was out for delivery every day for 5 days (FedEx) and I had to make arrangements to be at my house to help me get it inside. I called FedEx every day and no one could give me an answer.It does not massage your upper back or shoulders at all but overall, I am happy with the chair because for $900 you can’t have too much to complain about. This is the best $900 I have spent with the exception of a vacation this year.

   The chair arrived Friday! Here is a honest review. I’m very happy with it for the price I paid. I have had the opportunity to use much more expensive chairs but didn’t want to pay the high price for one as my first purchase. The real relax arrived in two boxes. UPS left it in front of my garage. I was able to get it inside with the help of a friend. FYI it can be done solo, it’s heavy but not impossible, especially if you have a dolley.It took about a half hour to put together with very minimal swearing. the hoses connect easily enough, and the side panels click in easily. the two bolts that secure the side panels are a bit tricky to get luned up andstarted but once you have that it’s smooth sailing.the chair: The lower back massage is excellent, powerful and effective. The chair doesn’t hit my shoulders and neckas well as I’d like but if I was a bit shorter (6’00”) they would hit my neck perfect. The foot rollers are great, I saw some complaints that they were to intense but I don’t find that the case at all.The air bags on the legs, hips and arms are great, very comforting and good pressure. the shoulders aren’t as effective, again height.The heat feature is nice, takes a bit to get warm but I like that it’s gradual and not super powerful.The remote is fine, I saw some complaints about it, but itscuser friendly and functional. I like it.Overall I like the chair a lot. I’ve used the zero gravity, relax, spirt and sleep modes, fell asleep in the relax and sleep modes, the sports mode was more intense but felt good.The Bluetooth speakers deliver good sound. I’ve included two pictures, one shows the wall clearance needed to have room for zero G recline, not bad.Listen it’s under a $1000.00. it delivers a good massage and works well. if I have any issues I’ll update but I love this chair for the price range, 5 stars.

    Omg yes purchase this chair. I’ve had it now for a month and it’s so the thing I needed. For the price, it’s amazing. Like the massage is great, assembly is easy, and comfort is comfy. I have chronic back pain, so this is my best friend. My husband who just uses it to relax is in love with it too. His only complaints is the rollers are too hard but for me it’s perfection.After a month of use my only complaint is that I have to keep the chair turn off. After having it on for more than 24 hours without use, it makes this strange beeping sound from the remote. It’s like the remote is turning itself on but it doesn’t start a massage session. I have warranty on it. I’m yet to make this complaint to the manufacturer. Hopefully they see this comment and contact me about it. Other than that, I’d say I’d like a longer setting that 30 minutes for a massage but I see why they don’t have an hour setting cause I would never leave the chair.

    I was a little leery buying this online after reading some of the reviews, but I took my chances and so very glad I did! I am 5’6″ – 160 lbs and my husband is 6’4″ and aprox 300 lbs, we can both use this chair and get pain relief and relaxation. Love the color choices, we purchased the blue and cream. There are a couple of things I will mention; 1. this chair is not comfortable just to sit in, but turn it on and you’ll be happy. 2. It is extremely heavy so don’t purchase it unless you have someone that can help you get it in your house and in the place you want it. Overall, we are very happy with this chair.

    I purchased this massage chair for my husband for Christmas and he just unboxed it. Chair is beautiful and it looks like it’s a very good quality product. Hubby was super excited to put it together and use it because he works a demanding job and was looking forward to being pampered. Now for the negatives: It took us 1 1/2 hours to put it together because the instructions were very unclear. Instructions didn’t match up with product design/description. For example, it says to connect 3 air plugs by color however there were yellow, blue, gray and black cords which didn’t match up exactly. We connected blue with blue, yellow with yellow and gray with black (made the most sense to us). Also, some of the steps seemed out of sequence. We tried following it as written, but found that certain steps should’ve occurred a few steps prior. Lastly, and probably the most disappointing of all was that the remote control arrived shattered. We plugged the chair in and turned on the power button, but we weren’t able to try it out for fear of malfunction and not being able to see which mode we were in.

    UPDATE: Realrelax promptly replaced our remote control and my husband said this was the best gift ever. He uses it daily and said its worth every cent (thinking it cost thousands of dollars). I would definitely recommend this chair to others!

    The product came in two separate boxes which were secure with no visible damage. Assembling the chair was straightforward with instructions in user manual. I’m 5’10 and had some trouble with the rollers reaching the back of my neck but after slouching down a little, it hit the right spots with good pressure. I’m not sure if this is an issue for other owners but the footrest that supposedly “automatically extends to suit taller individuals” doesn’t do so as stated in the manual. Instead I have to use some force with my feet and press down on the footrest to extend it myself. Another problem I encountered was there were two screws that weren’t included to fasten the armrest, so I’ll be contacting customer service soon to request for them. Otherwise, the chair is a great deal for the price. It hits my lower back pretty well, bluetooth speakers play music fine, and recline is a great feature for a deeper massage. The waist and shoulder feature practically does nothing and gives no relief for me (not sure if it’s my body type but my waist size is 31-32 and I have broad shoulders). I’m a pretty active guy so I feel the pressure could be stronger. Also, I wish it hit the buttocks but sadly it doesn’t. 🙁

    I read quite a few reviews prior to buying this. Some people complained about It’s effectiveness or that it seemed cheap. So far, neither of those concerns have been the case here.1st of all, I saw a chair that was nearly identical to this one at a local furniture store. I tried it out. It was nice, but the nearly two thousand dollar price tag scared me away.When I saw this one, I though it couldn’t possibly be as good. I was right. It’s not as good. It’s actually better and had more options. This one had bluetooth. The other one did not.It comes in two boxes. One box is the main body. The other box is the two sides. Unless you pay for special shipping, it’s only delivered to your door. They will not take it inside. That’s not a big problem. I was able to carry the sides in and slide the main body in. I do not have to deal with stairs though. If you have stairs, you’ll need help.Putting it together is pretty easy. They give you the tool you need to bolt the sides on. It’s pretty straight forward. The only catch is going to be if you have limited mobility. You need to be able to get down on the ground and be able to reach under, to connect the hoses.The biggest areas where this thing does it’s job is your lower back and feet. WOW. It really works those areas. The other areas it does a good job with. The only area you’ll find lacking is your neck. That’s understandable though. Unless they customized it to your exact body, the neck is really hard to line up.One thing I haven’t seen many people mention is the sound quality. I really expected nothing here. Most times things like that are an after thought. I’m not an audiophile by any means, but the speakers sound pretty good and can get fairly loud if you want them to.This is a comfortable chair, but it’s on the firm side. If you are expecting a cushy chair, you’ll sink into, this is not that chair. I find it very comfortable.You do need to pull this away from the wall a few feet. You can get away with less if you do not want to use the zero g function.The materials are almost on par with the $2000 one I looked at. The leather on that was a little nicer, but certainly not worth double the price. I don’t mind the materials on this one at all. It’s better quality than my last massage chair.Time will tell how this holds up over the long run. Right now it seems like it will last a while. If that changes, I’ll make sure to update the review.Value wise, good luck finding a better value. This is one of the best ones I’ve tried and it’s delivered to your door at half the cost of the ones in the store. If you are looking for a massage chair, this is the one.

    Overall, good buy. I am happy with it. Does provide temporary comfort and ease. Good look. Modern and sleek enough. It was easy to assemble and easy to utilize. Simple instructions on remote; easy to figure out. Cool features where you can turn whatever on and whatever off. You can set different timers on as well. The Bluetooth feature is pretty cool. I pair it with my phone and use the chair as speakers when cooking/cleaning/entertaining. With all that said, here are some minor cons.I am 5’3″ and honestly, the upper back rollers hit my head. In order for me to experience an upper back and neck massage, I would have to sit on top of 3 cushions.Also, the lower back rollers are a bit rough. They are unbearable if you are laying all the way due to your entire body’s weight on the rollers. What I do is sit up right completely and put a thin cushion or folded shawl between lower back and the lower back rollers and we are good. Some family members don’t need this extra caution but they too find themselves in discomfort (with regards to lower back rollers) when not sitting up.And last, the chair was supposed to be shipped in 2 pieces, but this information was never relayed properly. We got one box after a reallllly long time and then were confused where the rest of the parts were. We had to finally received intel that the 2nd box was on the way, didn’t come in until a week or so later.

    If it weren’t so cumbersome and difficult to ship back, I would. Overall for the money, it is ok. If you are 5’8′ or under then, this chair might be perfect for you. I’m an average size guy, and this chair is way too small for me. My neck sits at least 4 inches above the rollers and gets only the lowest part of my upper next near my shoulders at the highest point the rollers can reach. The back massagers do no reach out far enough, in my opinion. You have to work to flatten your back against the chair unless in zero-gravity to get any meaningful pressure. It’s just not comfortable for me. Also, the chair was ripped at one of the seams at the head-rest. The 4″ tear will be a problem quickly as my head’s pressure will easily tear it further. The head-flap covers it, but a new chair should not come like this. I ordered some needles and thread and plan to hand stitch it as it’s faux-leather-to-mesh and will be hard to get anything to hold. I would NOT repurchase this chair. Make sure you’re small; otherwise, I think you might have a similar experience. For the $$, the quality is really ok it’s just not a fit for me.

    This is an amazing massage chair at a wonderful price especially for the advanced features it has. Put together in less than 25 minutes. It comes in two boxes which makes it easy to put in place and the instructions were easy to follow. Love the Different features of the chair which are comparable to more expensive models. Get massages from the base of your skull to the soles of your feet and is fully customizable. I recommend this chair to anyone that’s looking for a solution for a full body massage and just relax station after a long day or a long week.

    Chair was well packaged with some minor damage to the box but that’s to be expected. Unboxed the chair and made my visual inspection and had absolutely no damage. The chair is a bit on the small (compact) size. I was expecting it to be a little larger like the ones you see in the mall.The chair simply unfolds and its pretty much ready to go. But my arms didn’t arrive with the chair so I couldn’t do anything with it. Two days later the arms arrived. Connected an electrical wire and 3 air tube to both sides. Place a hex screw to the front inside of the chair and that was it. Chair was everything the description said it was. The wife is happy so it was well worth the money. Hopefully she’ll get lots of use out of it without any issues. Time will tell.

    From the time it was delivered to actually using it was about 20 minutes. Set the arms on the rails, screw them in place and connect color coded air tubing. Pretty self explanatory. My husband and I both love this chair.LIKE:The Bluetooth works great.The calf airbag is amazing.The preset programs are nice. (6 to choose from.)My favorite thing is the zero gravity.DISLIKE:Only the top two buttons slightly light up on the remote, so if you want to use this in a dark room, it won’t be easy. I HAVE CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND THEY REPLIED THAT IT’S SUPPOSED TO BE THAT WAY.The “breathing lights” on the side are pretty much useless as you can’t see them while you’re in the chair unless maybe you had a mirror?I wish the timer went up to an hour. A half hour in, you’re just getting the benefits of it.The neck roller feels like a feather and doesn’t really “get in there”. I’ve tried sitting differently with no luck.Not enough padding in the head rest. I’m 5’9 and I can feel the support to built the chair with. I usually just toss a small pillow back there and that helps.The forearm air bags don’t quite have as much pressure as I’d like.OVERALL, I’d still purchase this chair again. We use it daily in our home, some days multiple times.

    Easy to assemble, It came in 2 boxes and it was very good protected (the Fedex guy was not very careful with the main box, and it arrived slightly damaged, but the chair on the interior was perfectly fine). To assemble it you just need to connect some hoses, a couple of cables, and adjust a couple of screws.The remote control could be a little more easy to understand, but after a couple of uses it becomes easy.The massages that you can get on this chair are comparable to ones you get on the more expensive units I tried before, so if you don’t want to spend a fortune, this will perform 90% like the expensive ones, and at a fraction of the price.

    The delivery for this chair was very fast. I think it took a week to get here. It came in two boxes, but was really only in 3 pieces. It was easy to put together. The hose connection was the most difficult part. Those wold be the air hoses connected on each side. Also when you get the chair check all of the connections. The seat cushion wasn’t connected on ours, we had to figure that part out. The chair is interesting. I have only used it once so far and it felt great. I am not sure about the zero g though. It puts the massage on a lower part of your back, and may cause some discomfort or pain.It feels really good on the back of the shoulders and feet for me. We only received it yesterday, so more testing is involved. I think for the price, it will be worth it.

    I love this chair very comfortable and relaxing, it squeezes your shoulders and your hands, it presses on your tailbone which i love, it rolls on the bottom of your feet, becareful if you don’t like all that rolling on your feet, it reclines back enough so you won’t feel like your upside down, my dislikes about it is that my husband is a big guy and can’t get his arms in it to feel the message that way, but he says he can fall asleep in it, I think its worth the money we paid and it’s big enough for a space in our corner of our family room

    I am a Physical Therapist and understands the benefits of massage and relaxation for personal well being. I have done some research on the best value for money massage chair and this one stands out. The price is perfect at less than 1k compared tot he 8k that you can get at a brick and mortar store. This massage chair is easy to assemble at less than 30 minutes. It comes with multiple settings and even has an option to manually change the direction and pressure of the air bag massage. The zero g option is one of my favorite settings as it re-distributes the pressure from my low back to my upper back. Its good for low back pain relief. I rated this massage chair as 4.5 out of 5. If only this will have separate leg elevation controls, I would then rate it as 5 out of 5.In conclusion, this is a very good massage chair at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this to anybody that have mild back pains and discomfort.

    Let me start with this: I am very satisfied with this product! I work long hours so having a massage chair has always been on my list. I decided to buy a chair recently but did not want to spend too much money on it. I accidentally came across this product with a decent price. Of course, with a price like this, who wouldnt have doubt? I spent lots of times went through lots of reviews and finally I decided to click the purchase button. 2 weeks past and my patience came fruitful. The item arrived on time even though UPS showed “delay arrival time”. The item came in 2 boxes: 1 box is for the armrests, 1 box is for the rest. The box is quite heavy around 130kg and requires 2-3 people to haul it in the house. All you have to do is mount both the armrests on the chair trunk and screw them together then connect a few cable and power and the chair is good to go. I immediately tried the zero gravity option in which the machine lied you all the ways downward. You can choose to have the machine massage various parts of your body or the whole body as a whole. Now, I cant wait to come home after long working hour to sit in my newly purchased chair.

    When we first got the chair we loved it. We’ve had it for about 2 months or less. The chair squeaks Very loud on the top roller. For the amount of money, this should not be happening this soon. Customer service is not very helpful, told me to take the chair apart to fix it. Below is what they emailed me.Hello friendI’m sorry about that.Maybe it’s the friction of the parts.Check the back massage of the massage chair if you can.Thank you!I replied and I still haven’t heard back from them.     (Review by buyer’s wife–the user of the chair)After receiving the box pretty damaged, I was relieved and happy to find the chair intact and unharmed. While the damage is not the company’s fault, I would recommend stouter packaging for future chairs. I’ve had other items packaged with more robust materials and highly recommend it for a 100 pound nice quality item. FedEx is sometimes brutal!Set up wasn’t hard and the design very good for a quick assembly. Build instructions were decent, however, on the operation instructions it would be helpful to include additional explanations– like how to extend the default 15 minutes massage (I accidentally discovered that the “on” button at the bottom will extend the time- YES, that’s what I wanted!!), that you should push your feet to extend the foot rest (also an accidental discovery), and other details on how to work the chair.I’ve spent an hour in it so far and love it. Yes, as some reviewers stated, the hard ball massage on the lower back can be a bit harsh at certain levels, but I adjust the zero G to a little more upright position and it helps. I do agree with others that the shoulder air press function is a bit on the moderately low side– could be it’s that I’m not tall and can’t reach to the height on the chair that would make it a harder pressure. But the arms, hips, and legs pressure is great. And the upper back massage is mid-level pressure (tip- use the zero G and lay all the way back to get more pressure). The head rest, in a future design, could do with a little more forward adjustment (or find a way to be adjustable). And I agree, a top of the shoulder massage function would be great–just now sure how that would work on a actual chair…. other chairs I’ve tried don’t have it and neither do hydro massagers I’ve used so I think that is a bit much to ask for. I have a back buddy for that, though. So no worries there. I feel that overall, a lot of these issues are just a part of a machine being built for the average customer and it’s hard with varying heights, body dimensions, weights, etc., to make one that would fill every person’s individual nuance and still keep it at this highly affordable price. I’m 5’5 and medium sized and this chair fits me very well.All-in-all, I give this a 4.4 star and would recommend it to someone else. If anything fails unexpectedly or I discover a flaw, I will revise this review. But if you are looking for an at-home massage chair, this price and quality are very good. I love the convenience of not having to drive somewhere and at spend $150 a pop for a 90 minute massage, it will pay for itself in less than 7 90-minute uses since this will now replace my massage visits to the spa.

    This chair was purchased for my wife and she absolutely loves it! The chair was very easy to assemble, it’s not too heavy, and it doesn’t take up a lot of room. I’ve tried the chair and it’s like having multiple people massage you at one time! There’s only one thing we didn’t like about the chair and that is the waist function is like getting a very aggressive deep tissue massage which can leave you feeling a little tender. I think this is due to the fact there is very little padding in that area, luckily you can adjust the strength separately. Overall we love the chair, I’m actually thinking about one for the man-cave!

    Very nice looking chair and works great. Very prompt delivery, way before scheduled dates.I read the reviews and yes, the lower massage was hard, so I put in a 2” form and it works great. Also, I am 5’3” and my husband is 6’2”, he liked it just as it was. Fell asleep the first time he has used it. I added a 4” foam cushion only toward the back of the seat to raise me up to use the shoulder airbags. Worked great. It did not affect my foot massage. Now I feel all rollers massage and airbag massage. Zero gravity is fabulous. Now if I can get my husband to stay awake long enough to try it, I know he will like it too.6 auto programs, really like them all. I will have to go to 30 minute massage because I hate to leave one for the next one.This was my gift from hubby but he enjoys it too. Would we both recommend it? Absolutely. It is not a massage like the $3000 to $4000 chairs but was sure nicer than what I expected for this price.

    I’ve considered buying a massage chair for years and I finally pulled the trigger. I’ve been using it for for few weeks now and I absolutely love it!! Beautiful chair… Really does the job. I use the preset modes but see where once in a while I might want the manual to work on a certain spot. The air bags really put the pressure on but I am used that now (took a couple of times of using it). The operating manual is small n does not have a lot of instructions but it’s easy to figure out. I’m truly happy with this purchase n company so far…Love it! Worth every penny!It’s especially relaxing during these stressful lockdown times. I was fortunate to get it when I did!

    This is a great and high quality chair for the price. Seems like you can easily add padding to suit your preference. Shipped and received superfast, especially considering size and wieght. Arrived in one big and a medium size boxes. Easy to unzip and add padding. I inserted memory foam in lower back area cause the rollers seemed too harsh. But my kids took that back, cause they preferred the way it came. Just nice that you can do that.

    Could this chair deliver a fantastic message at this price point? After a few weeks, I can testify that this message OS comperable to those expensive chairs in the mall. It came in 2 boxes. Put the arms on and connect a few hoses, and wife’s. This chair is engineered and manufacture with quality in mind. I had an issue and real-relax handled it ASAP, in constant email contact. There is an auto program, that works for everyone. The foot message with kneading and heat is wonderful. The back and neck with the heat, fantastic. Its so relaxing, I dose off almost any time.     I am very impressed with this chair for the price i paid! It is compact and I was concerned because my husband and I are both Plus sized but we fit great in the chair!! It came in 2 separate deliveries and pretty quick. I was worried about assembly but my husband was able to put it together in about 15 minutes and it was very simple.My mom has a similar chair she spent over $2000 on and the quality of massage in this chair exceeds what my mom has. I love that it has variable settings for each section of massage. I sat in the chair for 15 minutes and felt like i was in HEAVEN! My husband is a warehouse worker and loves coming home to sit in the chair to unwind after work!!!I am so very happy with my purchase and if you are looking for a reasonably priced chair this is it!

    This is exactly the kind of solution to our quarantine massage needs. As people who sit at desks all day (myself and my girlfriend) we both struggled in loosening up our muscles. Neither of us are great at giving massages, and due to the quarantine, we needed something to help! The small back massager was not cutting it anymore, so we started doing our research.This massage chair performs wonderfully. The zero gravity feature allows you to sit back and relax as the massage rollers loosen your hips and back. The air pressure is perfect on the shoulders, hips, and calves. The icing on the cake is the heat feature.For less than the cost of 20 massages, you could have a wonderful masseuse right in your own home. Sure, there are more expensive and more premium options, but if you are someone looking for a great massage chair without the equivalent price tag of a Toyota Yaris, this one is as good as it gets!

    There a lot of other chairs on the market that cost twice as much as this one. This one however, is the bang for the buck, It is comfortable and I really like the decline and incline of the body. It does exceptional on the spine and back area and works well. The calves and foot is good too. The heat is well worth it. It is better than an Epson salt bath to me. I use it after my gym workouts and it sometimes put me to sleep. The remote control is absolutely great and the massaging mechanism is fantastic.

    I bought this chair for my husband’s birthday. Delivery was fast and it was super easy to assemble. My husband is 6ft 3in and it fits him perfectly. I am 5ft 9in and it fitst me perfectly as well.We both love the zero gravity mode. By distributing the weight on the rollers, we get a even deeper massage.One of my favorite features is the blue tooth. I love to listen to my music while getting massaged.My husband’s favorite feature is the auto modes. He likes to switch between them during his massage. Each mode focuses on different areas of the body and provides pain relief in the areas needed.The cons for this chaor is that you can’t save your manual options. If you want the same massage, you have to select them every time. It would also be nice if the remote had listed buttons. Other than that, we love this chair and would reccomend it to anyone looking for a zero gravity chair at a great price.

    Great chair for the price point. Perfect for anyone looking for a entry level massage chair as it is indeed very high quality and very comfortable relaxing massage chair. After using for solid 2 weeks, I decided I wanted to return it and buy a higher end chair with SL Track and 3D massage. realrelax was very prompt and helpful. In the end, rather than dealing with return shipping, I just listed and sold it on CL at a small loss. Turned out much easier that way. I am already missing this massage chair as I type this review and my new 3D chair is 3 weeks away.

    I received this massage chair for a Mother’s Day gift this year and overall I really like it. I received it way earlier than predicted and it was not too difficult to assemble, it came it two huge boxes one heavier than the other. Thank God I was home because, the UPS guy took it to my neighbor’s door and was walking off when I told him wrong apartment. Anyway, had just a small problem when it was finally together..it wouldn’t turn on so, I called the customer service # in the back of the instruction book, no one answered right away but, we did receive a phone call back within some minutes. The guy said to check the hoses and if it still doesn’t turn on, take the box off the back and make sure everything is connected because, through the travel sometimes something may come loose…well that’s exactly what it was the blue connector in the back of the box was not connected after that…Boom it turned on and happiness every since. : )It looks very nice and is well quality made and sturdy. It gives a good relaxing massage…the head, leg and foot massages are my favorites. Only thing is I wish the foot massage massaged the toes but, it doesn’t seem to reach that far up. Also, it doesn’t seem to massage the neck but, that’s okay because, that’s hardly an issue for me anyway however, I wish it had a little better neck support…I’ll take care of that with a neck support pillow also after reading a ton of reviews I seen where some were saying that the back massage can be a little rough especially during first few times of use. They were right because, the next day my lower back and tailbone was sore but, on the reviews it was recommended that you use a folded towel or some type of padding. Tried it and it worked out perfectly, now I can enjoy my massage experience without the slight pain of the rollers.I love the heat function as well and the blue-tooth music quality of the chair is awesome and top notch. The music comes from within the chair and it’s good quality and clarity…really loving this feature as I put mine on nature sounds and lay back in full zero gravity and relax. Family members came over yesterday for Memorial Day and they all tried out the massage chair and everyone of them loved it. They thought I was fortunate to get such a nice gift as this massage chair. After adding a folded towel for my back to the chair, a neck support pillow and just getting to know my chair overall I love it. Very nice massage chair for the money and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this massage chair. : )

    This massage chair is worth every penny. It looks great and operates perfectly. Assembly was easy. I would recommend this chair to all my friends & family members. Bought the Brown/Khaki color. I set it for 30 minutes with zero gravity. Tried all six modes.. My favorites are A1, A2, & A6. The airbags & rollers make the experience so relaxing. Love this massage chair!!

    I have been having lower back ache for months and found this one at pretty cheap price. I have been using this regularly since this last month. So far it is working well and found it comfortable till now. The best thing I liked about this chair is zero gravity with heating pad and back roller and foot roller that is giving such a huge pain relief! Found shoulder massage little weak, may be my body size is smaller to that of chair. One thing this chair could be make even better with roller added on calves rather than airbags. Take this as suggestion! Bluetooth gives extra vibrant though!

    One of the best things I have ever purchased in my life is this Real Relax Favor 03 massage chair.I chose it in black to match my decor. Looks great. Very comfortable.Like all the features. The Bluetooth speakers sound good when playing music from my cell phone. I have included in my review some pics.The only additions I’ve added to suit my needs are an inserted small pillow in the zippered head pouch, a towel to give just a little more padding for the Shiatsu rotating balls against my back, and decided to place a pair of thin cushioned insoles on top of the foot rollers. I have very sensitive feet.Glad my insole colors match the EmbroideredReal Relax on the head cushion; Green, Black, and gray.I think the lighted “Real Relax” logo of Red, Blue, and Yellow on both sides of the massage chair are cool.This chair is very comfortable all the time; whether the massage is on or off. It is constructed real well; great quality.I believe this massage chair is worth a lot morethan what I paid on google. Quick delivery.I’m a 62 year old male trying to live the best I can with my numerous medical problems. ie. Three low back surgeries, etc.Again, this is one of my best purchases ever in my life.     So I have had this chair for a week now and I love this chair. It does the job and really affordable compared to the other chairs. It looks stylish and has lots of features. I would like to point out somethings. First, if you received just one box be patient. The second box will come. I am not sure why they send it separately but I got my box a day apart. Second, the foot does not extend automatically as the manual says. You have to push with your leg when you are reclining. Third, I had to use a blanket as a second layer for the backing and a small pillow. I felt it needed more padding as the pressures were a little harder than I expected. All in all, I would recommend this product if you want something to relieve your muscles and are not looking to shell out thousands of dollars.

    This massage chair is worth it. I was skeptical but it gives a great massage for the back, shoulders, arms, feet, calves etc. I love the ease of the remote and being able to adjust the pressure of the massage. Pairing my blue tooth so I can listen to music, books or podcasts was easy and a great additional feature. The only negative is that I wish the remote buttons lit up so I could see what options to press while using the chair in low light for ultimate relaxation. It has 14 options plus manual modes that you can focus on specific areas, like just calves, back etc. I am pleasantly surprised by the massage chair working as well as it does.

    Unboxed this wonderful furniture addition a couple of days ago – I may have to create a sign up sheet so that I can get a chance to enjoy it for myself. My son, who has back pain from an old injury loves the heat and targeted back massage feature, my daughter, who is vertically challenged, loves that the foot rest is adjustable and not only fits the tall ones in my household but also is a equally accommodating for her 5’ self and my husband and I are impressed by how there are so many ways to customize your massage – making it easy to find the pressure that best suits individual preference.

    The chair came on time. When we ordered, we received a call from the shipping company to confirm a delivery date and time. Even though I missed the first call I was able to call back and schedule with no issues. Make sure you have a spot cleared for the delivery person to leave the chair as they CANNOT take it inside your home. We had the two big boxes left in our garage near the door. We had to open the boxes to get it inside because the box with the chair body was too large for our door, but that was no issue. Putting it together was very easy as Real relax sent a very easy to follow video. I was able to get it all put together in about an hour. My husband is pretty tall (6 feet 4 inches), and it fits him well, though it could be a bit more comfortable for him if the chair was 1-2inches taller. I’m 5’9″ and I fit perfectly, even my wider hips feel comfortable when the air massage does the hip area. For a chair this price, it has nice features, it looks great and it really works to ease muscular pain. My husband and I are very happy with it.

    Chair was delivered a week sooner than expected. Came in two different packages. It took me less than 20 minutes to assemble and worked great right out of the box. All parts accounted for realrelax included extra hose attachments on case one was broken. Chair is built very solid and seems to be made out of great material. Main unit was delivered a day before the secondary box but I contacted realrelax and they replied immediately stating the second box was in transit and should arrive the next day. realrelax was very quick and very helpful. Side note I am 6ft 220lbs and have no trouble fitting in this chair so if you are worried you won’t fit I had no trouble. Chair does recline without messaging but rollers can still be felt on lower back pretty strongly. Other than that I am extremely happy with my purchase and have no regrets.

    I am a woman and it took me all but 30 minutes to install, however I am wondering what that plug is to be placed in. I contacted them waiting on response. The chair works perfect. I can set for 30 minutes at a time. I wish I had more time. I would burn 🔥 out the engine knowing me. I love my knew husband, He’s the only husband I don’t have to feed, give anything to and fall asleep on him and he begs for more. He rubs my aching feet as long as I like. This is the life for me. Theeeeeee best investment I have ever made, besides my home. Okay you guys Relax is calling me.

    Believe me, this is the best massage chair ever!! In terms of material, it has a high quality fancy feeling, very easy to assemble, sturdy and extremely comfortable, it also came with a certificate of authentication.Chair has many modes but Zero Gravity is my favorite it also has bluetooth, good enough speakers that we easily use to play a relaxing music.During weekdays we are so busy working and sometimes it’s very stressful so this chair gives us an amazing well deserved break of relaxation, and more now during COVID times.I highly recommend it!

    I have had, and tried, several human touch type massage chairs. I can say that this chair is right up there with the more expensive ones! There’s some assembly needed but it wasn’t hard, my husband and I had it together and ready in about a half hour. My first 15 minutes in this chair and I was ready for sleep, at 5:00 in the evening! The chair is not as big and bulky as I thought it was going to be, which was a pleasant surprise. If you’re looking for something that’s more affordable but still gets the job done, and looks really good, I recommend giving this chair a try.

    I received this chair for Christmas. Don’t panic when you only receive only 1/2 a chair on your Fedex tracking shipping date, you will receive another box the next day. It was packaged well. It came in two large packages and my husband put it together in a matter of minutes. The chair is AMAZING. I have restless legs and the squeezing of the leg features has helped me 100%. I give it four stars except for the Comfort rating, however, I’m short and I found that the lower back rollers was hitting into my tailbone. I put a small pillow behind my lower back and it’s prefect. I could stay in this chair all day. Once your use to all the pressures and movements of the chair and fully relax and let the chair do its job, you will get lost in the moment. The rollers, along with the airbags on the feet are a high point after a long day of standing. Airbags on the calf area and arms get tight but feel amazing. To adjust to your height, as the chair is reclining, press down with your legs and unit will move with you to immerse yourself in total relaxation. The controls were easy to use. Took only a matter of minutes to figure it out. This chair has surpassed all my expectations.
