I think the product is solid. It worked very well including the attachments. HOWEVER, after about an hour of use, I noticed that the settings display was scratched. Upon further inspection, it was scratched more than I anticipated. Not sure if it was used, repackaged, and sent out OR just scratched during the manufacturing process. Either way, the product is good and I enjoyed. I’m returning my unit and I would still consider purchasing one of these again.The device is a solid 4.5 starsDevice aesthetics are 2 stars
