The color “”Hazelnut”” is a warm color and is evenly showed on all parts of chair. There are no lighter or darker spots. It is not a back breaker, and is easy to recline by pushing back on the arms.

And that’s what this chair is – notice, I didn’t say recliner. This is a chair that happens to recline – a little. I am not a little guy – 5’9″” and 210 lbs. This is a nice chair and a bit unusual too. It has a short depth to the seat, so if you like sitting in a club chair, that’s what this one feels like. And it is perfect in that role. When you recline, the back is excellent as far as height – a full 3-4 inches above the top of my head. When you recline, this one loses the 5th star. But you can’t have it both ways. Rarely is a great recliner also a great chair. The recline angle is just enough to put your feet up, and there is definitely some overhang of your ankles and feet. Still, the TV watch position is perfect for me. I don’t care about support to the ends of my toes. At full recline – forget it. It just isn’t a deep enough seat. You have to shift your position to lean more into the back of the recliner. This is a smaller reclining chair, and I don’t trust the thin back to support the shift of my weight. This is bonded leather. Someone posted to put a leather protector on it. DON’T do that. Mild soap and water is all you need. Protectant will actually age this quasi-leather more quickly. Bonded leather is at the lowest end of the leather quality scale.

Nice chair for price. The chair is smaller and there isn’t much depth between armrest and bottom cushion plus it is a narrow based. Really for a person with a smaller statue.

Am very happy with this purchase. Easy to assemble, packaged well and delivered on time. Its a bit on the small side (which is what I wanted). I am 5’9″” and my feet do hang off the foot section but its a bit taller than a chair I was using and the back padding is awesome and firm – just what my bad back needs! It even comes with a little pocket on the side I can hold my magazines and nook in! Love love love it!
